You must fill out the health form below in order to attend camp.

Pick Up: This will be arranged for each camper who is registered. The pick up time for most camps will be between 2-3 pm on the start date of each week of

camp (see the camp schedule for start dates).

Drop Off: The campers will be dropped off for most camps between 1-2 pm on the end date of each week of camp (see the camp schedule for end dates).

What to Pack

  • Medications* (All medications (including vitamins) must be labeled, in the original container, and placed in a zip-top bag with the camper's name. Unless absolutely necessary, please do not bring non-prescription medications or vitamins. New Life Bible Camp has basic non-prescription medications on hand.

  • Sleeping bag and/or bedding and a pillow

  • Towel/washcloth

  • Warm jacket or sweatshirt

  • Camp clothes for 5 days (outdoor clothes you are able to get dirty/long pants

  • Closed toe shoes and sandals

  • Toothbrush/toothpaste/shampoo/soap/deodorant

  • Water bottle

  • Modest swimwear & beach towel

  • Optional – fishing equipment, flashlight, raincoat, insect-repellent, sunscreen

PLEASE DO NOT BRING:

  • Cell phones/electronic games/laser pointers/TV/DVD players/iPods/MP3 players/digital cameras

  • Bikes/skateboards/roller-blades

  • Knives/firearms/fireworks/lighters/matches

  • Tobacco/cigarettes/drugs/alcoholic beverages

  • Money, personal snacks and drinks (there will be no opportunity to spend money, and we do not want to attract rodents into the cabins)
